These services are designed to support the process of identifying business needs and to clearly demonstrate and prove that our PROCONSUL solution works in the client environment. In addition, this approach enables our service professionals to prepare our clients for implementation.
This is accomplished by client participation in and contribution to the development of an implementation and deployment strategy supported by a detailed action plan (blueprint) for success.
